this is only my analysis. So it is using the scalar field of the magnetic in the lower portion of this generator, and then convert it to electrical energy. there is a resonance occur in the LC circuit, when it has the max cop. Once it hit the resonant state, it should reach it maximum speed and required least amount of current. Be aware of the distance between the magnet attach to the disk and the magnet under the non-magnetic bearing.
